Had something similar happen to me once except I got clobbered. This guy was probably 5'10" and 250 lb. and pitching. Two man mechanics, I'm on the plate.  R1 and R3 base hit, I rotate to third and the ball gets past the third baseman so I start back home in fair territory. Well, guess who didn't begin doing his job until after  the ball was past the third baseman.  As I'm going home watching the ball this tree trunk comes out of nowhere and just clocks me. I was so pissed off.  After I got up I started to jump all over his ass and his coach didn't say anything because he knew I was right.  I told him the least he could do was apologize. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
