I've heard several coaches say that they are changing the rule in FED next year. Is that true?

I've heard the same coaches tell me that the hands are part of the bat, batters cannot be made to stay at bat when they dipped their elbow into "just a curveball", and the tie goes to the runner.

 

I guess it must be true.

By rule, a tie DOES go to the runner :stir: ;)
