So I'm working a 10u vs 8u team last night.  The 8u team is a travel team while the 10u team is not.  Top of the first inning and I stand up, call a strike and then notice that my pants aren't fitting as snug as they normally do and thats when I notice that my belt broke.  So now I'm holding my belt with my left hand and trying to call the game, by myself.  Hustling to get into any type of position became a real challenge.  No one had any duct tape for me to get a temporary fix so I ended up tucking the ends of the belt into my pants.  As for the game, the 10u team won 11-9 only because the 8u team had one good pitcher.  8u was clearly the better team but weak pitching was their downfall.  10u kids were scared to swing the bat, maybe had 5 hits in the 5 innings we got through.  8u was there to hit and win and just came up short, kid struck out with 2 on to end the game.
