Since when did LL board members (or coaches, or parents, or players) start reading the LL rule book?

I have been on this BOD for 7 years and been UIC for all of them except for 1... (Someone else thought they could do it better several years ago..... They didn't even last one year).  We also do a Fall Ball season so I've been UIC for about 12 seasons.  Trust me, when I tell them all I am stepping down there will not be any begging of me to stay.  I ripped the BOD pretty good in the immediate aftermath of the incident and they don't support the umpires, almost all of them are coaches, so you know where the loyalty lies.
