Recruiting for new umpires

Any suggestions on best ways to recruit new umpires. I've thought about ads in employment section of local colleges. Need 20-30 new recruits for next spring. Especially need umpires that can work weekday afternoon games (3:30-4:00).  Any recommendations welcome.

I'm the recruiter for our HS Association.

 

I have posted on Facebook.

I made out some flyers that I have posted at all the different parks, Gym's, YMCA, libraries, At the different High Schools.

 

Have had very good results.

High school JV to start.

Talk to the local LLs, Pony, whatever is in your area. You will find some guys, some good, some bad, some trainable.
