Don't think that can be seen by DeMuth's angle, and the runner never looked down so it wasn't seen .....

 

What I noticed was the nice crisp out mechanic by DeMuth

I don't see anything definitive that he was off the base.  None of the angles show any space between foot and bag.  F3 clearly has possession before BR touched 1B.  I don't know if IR will help for plays like this b/c I don't see anything to overturn.

 

What I do wonder is if more cameras are going to be at a game now to attempt to cover more angles of a play.

 

Yeah, I hate seeing things like that out mechanic.  It looks horrible simply b/c I don't like seeing it.  Others may but that is not for me.
