Rite Temp Products possibly going out of business

Hey Everybody, if you are looking for Rite Temp gear, you had better get it now. After trying repeatedly to contact the company about our Spring order, sources are telling me that Rite Temp has shut down production and possibly out of business. All I can confirm is that no one is answering the phones and emails are bouncing back. I'll post here if we hear anything else.

We had them by the dozens when I was there.

I remember the NSN for them.

Always had 8-10 in the coolers in our "rides"

That was " don't leave home with out it" item.

This may well be the first bad thing about Sequestration I've heard about.

 

I wanted the cooling pads and called ump-attire and Gerry Davis over a month ago. Both were out. The sales gerbils at Ump-atire's place in ATL for the NCAA convention wouldn'st sell me the set they had there.

 

As of today, UA has 3 of the cooling vests left in the XL size. they had something like 62 of the back packs keft. Does anyone here use them? Can we do a little surgery on them to turn them into replacements pads for the front of your body under your protector?

Upon reviews from this site, i bought a set of the cooling pads that go behind the CP.  I have yet to use them here in Utah yet, but as soon as I do, I'l be posting a review of my own.  I'm expecting great things.
