Well, I've been considering trying a shorter CP:

Now, I don't like to post twice, but maybe most who are on the equipment forum won't see my last post in buy/sell/trade, so, I figured I'd share some umpire porn for all of you guys!

Here is my find from Craigslist completed, and my venture will begin with a 13" CP. Now does this mean I'll be putting up my 15"?? Hmmmmmmm Stay tuned ....but in the meantime:

But top this find. Three pair of brand new, with tags, Hardwick MLB umpire pants. Two plate, and one base. Unhemmed, with the umpire's name and number on the paper tag. At the local Goodwill down the street from me.

I read this section alot but don't post much but I had to say I'm a little jealous here. I drop by our Goodwill from time to time with hopes of finding some umpire gold like that but haven't had any luck.

Pay attention to the buy sell trade forum......... I have found out some interesting things on the 12 or 13 inch Douglas.... And the 13 inch I just got is probably going to go up for sale.......... If you are interested please email me jmetz66@yahoo.com.
