Well, I think the original term was "bucket ass," which has been shortened to just "bucket" over the years.

Someone had plate and base poly-wools on eBay, mislabeled as "heather", for $25 a pair. The Honig's stock number gave them away, though. You guys missed out. For $60 shipped for two pair, one of my Junior umpires is going to look pretty sharp next season.
