AHSAA requires navy under navy. Travel ball, color of the bottom sleeve stripe dictates color of undershirt.

I believe it was a summer game and the umpires are wearing Jeff Henrichs' (the guy on the left...who incidentally just got his 4th CWS) old CWS jerseys. Don't know about the hats.
