this a-hole has been involved in crap in 3 out of last 4 or 5 games now, ...then he has the audacity to make gestures to the crowd as he's being walked off the field?

It shows the whole history. Except (they do mention it) that Morgan is only playing right now because he is appealing a suspension for throwing a ball at a fan.

Add to that that this piece of human debris is stupid enough to play bush league. In the clip from Saturday running into the catcher unnecessarily like that should usually call for a fine and a slap on the wrist. But when your on suspension pending appeal. C'mon.

As for Tuesday as Haryold Reynolds points out in the clip, all he had to do was slide and he'd score the run. This hit is pure malitious. I think this is worthy of investigation too. And yes I know MLB has no MC rule, but there's a point where this is not good sporting behavior. And to end the Marlin's Catchers season. Give me a break.

Then yesterday, everybody on the planet knew he was going to get hit. No brainer. The pitcher did hit him professionally. Meaning, intentionally hit him for the purpose of sending a message, but not hitting him in a way that could seriously injure him.

I personally would have loved to see a 100 mph pitch in the earhole, but even that would have been too little.

Thin this idiot steals, very aggressively IMO trying to find and make contact, in a game which is out of control. Once again everybody who knows the slightest thing about baseball knew what was coming. I just think the pitcher didn't have the balls to actually hit him.

And as Harold Reynolds mentioned the inciting the fans after he was tossed was horrible too.

He should be banned from the game. 1 week of incredibly poor displays of sportsmanship, when he should be a straight arrow after the first incident. This isn't the NBA and shouldn't be tollerated.

Riggleman took Morgan out of Sundays line-up. Wonder why.

And the articles saying he apparently has not learned to play baseball the right way is just a way of covering up for this guy whether they want to or not. This bum has been in pro ball since 2002 where he started in the NY Penn League. Hell, he's 29 years old. If he hasn't learned to play the game the right way then go home. That is a crock. He knows exactly what he is doing out there.

Here's another theory... Maybe since he grew up playing hockey, he's actually Canadian and just thinks this is how baseball is played J/K :D

He is going in with intent to hit. I hope he runs into catcher that plants his a$$. Normally the catcher braces for impact when given time. I want to see one become aggressive and "anticipate a play" with him coming in. He'll learn his lesson that they are not going to put up with that.

This idiot is in the same class as Delmon Young. Both of them need to learn or be taught. The problem is that both of chicken $hit$ play in the outfield. So, neither one has to fear being taken out the same malicious way they are doing it to others.

If they keep playing this way, they are going to have more bruises than base hits. And, it is all earned.

Now, I didn't think manager's, if you listen to them, order hits, but Riggleman said he asked the veteran's and would order it if they wanted it. I always thought managers said they never, ever, order a hit. It is the players who decide and do it on their own, but "they", (the managers), never "order" it. So baloney, if you ever hear other managers say they never order things like that. Seems like they just will not admit it. Must be part of the code.
