Just Listed...Wilson TI mask and Champion CP

I just listed a Wilson Low Profile Titanium Mask (worn 3-5 games) and a Champion 15" hard shell chest protector (worn 1 game) on ebay.

Would also be willing to sell them through this site if anyone is interested. I will get actual photos of my items up tonight on ebay. Right now the listings both are stock photos.

Nothing wrong with either item. Selling the mask because I now wear HSMs and I just purchased a backup. The Wilson is too nice to be a backup anyway. It needs to be worn.

As for the CP, I typically wear a Gold and I just purchased a Douglas, so I have no need for 3. I enjoyed the game that I wore it, but it has become expendable. It is a great price on a barely used piece of gear. I actually liked it alot, especially for the price.

I may need to lose my low-profile titanium. After reading your post, I feel like I don't need two, and the unused low-profile may be the one to send packing ... or packed.

I can't wait to see what it's worth at auction.

Well, both of the items sold. Just waiting on the money to show up in my paypal account so that I can ship them to the happy auction winners.

The Champion Hard Shell 15" sold for $30 plus $7 shipping which is the reserve price I had set. I was hoping to get $40-$45, but $30 for something I would probably not have worn again is worth it.

The Wilson Low Profile TI mask sold for $167.50 plus $7 shipping. Kind of surprised it went so high since it was used and I have seen them new for $180-$190. The reserve price was $130. Not bad for a mask that was purchased in early 2009, but it was only worn a handful of times.

So I guess I would have to call my first experience selling on ebay a success. That money will pay for my new MVP4000SL. Not a bad swap since I did not wear the mask and with my Douglas and my Gold the Champion was sitting on the far end of the bench.

Time to check my paypal account again.

I, for one, am quite pleased with the price you got for your titanium. Mine is unused, and quite literally just sitting there. I have a standard profile that I use exclusively, and would prefer to use only a standard, so I want to let loose of the low-pro and obtain a second standard profile with the proceeds. Now that yours went so high, I am seriously considering putting mine up there.

What Kyle's saying is that it's worth using the best because even when you sell it used, you get top dollar; of course, all the while, you enjoy the comfort and protection benefits of wearing pro gear.

That's funny that you had the same scenario: Mine was sent as a replacement for a dented one, and I didn't have the balls to complain when they sent me a brand new mask with new pads and harness after a year with no questions asked and only some email as proof of purchase.

... Uh, I'm sorry, could you send me a brand new standard profile instead?
