He wasn't complaining about the pitch ...he was saying that the squirrel should have caused a do-over ....because HE saw it coming but threw the pitch anyhow

That would make more sense. If it was so distracting, he shouldn't have pitched it. Certainly if the batter had swung, he wouldn't have been fighting for the do over.

Judging by the speed and accuracy of the pitch, the squirrel had noting to do with it. He missed but by very little, if he had gotten the strike call he never would have said a word.

He had his pitch called a ball and he was, in my opinion, trying to get it erased because of the new St. Louis Cardinal "Rally Squirrel".
