  1. Nicely done!
  2. Welcome!! :jerkit:
  3. +2
  4. Congrats!
  5. I'd probably also keep Cabrera. Sure, Weeks is off to a hot start, but he'll either end up on the dl or hit a huge slump by July and lose his fantasy value.
  6. Was just reading this again.. BR should be R1.. meant base runner not batter-runner.. :rollinglaugh:
  7. That was pretty funny from what I read in the article. I'm sure the video has to be priceless!!
  8. Nice!! Keep up the good work Warren. It's definitely a pleasure being here. :smachhead:
  9. Good read. Thanks for posting it :smachhead:
  10. Looks like a pretty good deal. Thanks for posting it!
  11. Sounds like the right call to me. Also if F3 had dropped the ball I would think you would still have the DP due to BR INT. I haven't looked at a FED rulebook in a while, but it would make sense to me if it was an easy pop out to F3. Then again I've been out of the game for a while, so I could be totally off base and wrong. :smachhead:
  12. Ouch!! Sorry to hear that.. Hope your recovery is quick and goes well
  13. Great idea! I look forward to reading people's achievements. I'll be sure to add mine when I get back to umpiring. :GL:
  14. Welcome to the boards Dave! I'm sure you'll find a lot of useful information here. Great place to learn and interact with everyone! :smachhead:
  15. I agree with you. I just don't see MLB doing anything about it, but I guess we'll have to wait and see.
  16. Whether DeMuth missed the call or not, there's no excuse for this. He should face some kind of fine or suspension, but seeing how he's one of the game's stars, I'm sure nothing will come of it. :rollinglaugh:
  17. Happy Birthday Jax!
  18. I don't see what the problem with them is. It's not like the batter is getting an advantage by having a knob cover on a bat.
  19. Too funny. It's funny how parents and fans yell at the umps to "learn the rules" yet they have never touched a rule book in their lives. :bang:
  20. Finally got this book the other day in the mail. The first couple of chapters were kind of slow and he does use a lot of $10 words so to speak. After that it gets rolling pretty good and I have barely been able to put it down. I'm about 2/3 of the way through it after 2 days. Great book so far and highly recommended!
  21. It's nice to see umps taking some time out of their busy schedule to spend some time with the kids.
