Little league AA game. Pitcher comes in wearing sun glasses. Would you allow them to remain on or not?

I am looking for some charcoal grey pants, but all I see are ones that need to be altered, which takes additional time. I need my pants rather quickly, so I was wondering if anyone knows of a place where I can get relatively cheap pants that come sized (34/32) Any help is appreciated.

At a game last season, I called a batter out on the infield fly rule. After the inning was over, a parent walked over to talk to me behind the backstop, they were very upset that their kid was called out when the infielder never made a play on him. I briefly explained the IF fly rule, and the lady was still upset. (I just walked away and let her talk to the coach) In your opinion, what is the most unknown rule in baseball? (I don't think the IF fly rule is the most unknown, it's just an example) thanks

Bases loaded, Cubs slugger jake fox up to bat. Fox hit a HUGE fly ball to center. Phillies Center fielder Shane victorino was back at the wall, makes the catch. But when they replayed it, I saw a fan sitting in the front row of the bleachers that threw two cups of water/beer/something on victorino. He still made the catch. The fan was (I think) escorted out by security, but... That was pretty funny. Any other fan misconduct stories??????
