USSSA slow pitch softball rules

Situation: 1 out runners on 2nd and 3rd, fly all to centerfield that is caught, runner on third tags and runs home, runner on second does not tag tries to advance and is out upon a force trying to return to second. The throw goes to the pitcher, who cuts it off as the runner on third crosses home plate, then throws to second to get the runner on second out to end the inning. Does the run count in this situation or not?

This is a time play. Since R3 (the runner on 3rd) scored before R2 (the runner on 2nd) was out on the appeal, the run scores.

Even though the base can be tagged to appeal R2 being out for not retouching this is not a Force.
