    USSSA slow pitch softball rules Situation: 1 out runners on 2nd and 3rd, fly all to centerfield that is caught, runner on third tags and runs home, runner on second does not tag tries to advance and is out upon a force trying to return to second. The throw goes to the pitcher, who cuts it off as the runner on third crosses home plate, then throws to second to get the runner on second out to end the inning. Does the run count in this situation or not?
