Umplife mask harness - what way is inside

Question about the umplife mask harness, what way should face the inside? Cam buckles inside or outside? Logo facing in or out?

My previous umplife harness with cam buckles has the buckles facing out and the logo facing out too. The one I just ordered came with buckles facing in and logo facing out. 

 

I thought I was wearing it right for years, but this new version is opposite of what I'm used to.

So what is the proper way to wear it?

 

Here are some pics, on the MAG it's my previous harness with buckles and logo facing the same way. On the mirage, they are on opposite sides.

I think you want UmpLife on the outside.

Thanks, the new batch must have had a misprint.

Buckles on the outside makes sense to me, but seeing the logo being hidden made me rethink that

Connecting a harness seems easy until you have to do it. At least for me, it was way more confusing than I'd originally thought.

I think that's what I'm trying to get help on, how do you know it's upside down?

 

I have 2 identical harnesses with the logo in different spots, so I can't rely on the logo. So buckles in or buckles out?

I see it now. I was wrong. I thought the entire thing was just upside down, and you were overthinking it. You'll have to pull the buckles off the straps and flip them around.

Not quite. Ray began offering custom logos & lettering on his harnesses, or to have no logos visible (at request of, say, MLBUs… who are still under the shadow of The Big Yellow W Cartel). However, he knows, better than anyone (in our industry), that one’s logo / trademark should be on the product somewhere, otherwise other unscrupulous fellows will claim the product as theirs. 🤨 

The buckles should be facing up/out, regardless of where the UmpLife logo is placed. I inherited a mask harness with the NCAA logo on the outside, UmpLife on the inside.
