Bad camera work for the fans but did the announcers not see the PU come out big with a dead ball and a point to himself, just assuming that signal, it might have been something else NCAA uses but it certainly looked like he came out big. Can the FCC take away your license for being incompetent. Just guessing the FCC even does licenses. Actually I now realize FCC should take away MLB and NCAA licenses, if they exist, for no procedure for umpires to announce the actual violation they just penalized. The announcers are idiots but the fans in the stands deserve a "what happened"?
