In 2-umpire mechanics, PU might have a look at this, but it might not be great. It's a safe single to LF and not on the line, he should pick up R2 almost immediately on his way to touch 3B. R2's divergence isn't much, and PU's angle won't be optimal.

BU should have eyes on ball as it goes past F6, and he'll have a great angle to see the OBS. He'll have nothing else to look at until R1 (if any) touches 2B, and then the BR touches 1B.

See OBS, call OBS. BU has to get this; if PU gets it too, bonus.

My vote is yes and the play at home was close enough to award it.  What was the call in the game?

Yes, OBS.  Good job (even if they didn't know it at the time) by the offense to keep running.

 

I wonder if R2 would have been awarded home if he had stopped at third -- probably depends on how hard the ball was hit and how deep F7 was playing (items not in the video)

It certainly would have made it harder for a pro umpire to award HP, and it might not have happened. As you know, in the pro game, players are expected to know what to do. 

In amateur ball, we use the same info (how hard the hit, how fast F7 was up with it), but we should err aggressively (though not ridiculously—fine line!) for the offended team.
