Live ball hits offensive player/coach

Is there any penalty to the offensive team if a live ball hits a runner who has scored (batter/runner still on base), a batter on deck or a coach on near dugout on an overthrow at home for example?

If the contact was on purpose, you have interference. If not, you have nothing.
