What throat guard is this?

I'm possibly getting it for free thinking I want to use on one of my masks. Just not sure what it is. And yes, I plan to either repaint or remove the paint.

That's an old model... you can find them all over eBay.   I've seen them with Mizuno, Nokona, Medalist, MacGregor and other names.

Here are few from a quick search on eBay that are similar to yours, the Medalist is straight on the edges but has the same molding in the middle as yours.  The Nokona and Rawlings below are very close to yours.

Oh, one last thing. You normally have to buy an old mask to get one of these.  Just search for "vintage catcher mask" and you'll find them pretty cheap, yet there are some who evidently think they're gold by their pricing.

Yeh. Saw a Nokona one today at a different location. I was only interested if they were able to just give it to me. They were not. So I will probably just pass.
