Sound advice all around!! Question though, advancing R2 to 3rd? Please explain. Also, get as close to the 3b dugout? To view the touch at 3rd?

On obstruction, we have to remember the other runners and where they would have ended up.

If they were affected by the obstruction, IE. forced to advance due to bases awarded to nullify the obstruction?

We have to place them where they would have been, affected or not.

It wasn't a touch, it was a tag up.  So yes, get the best angle the play will allow which means moving towards the 3B dugout to see R3 tagging as well as F9 first touching the batted ball.  This fly ball was pretty low, so you can't get very far but you have to make some effort.  If the defense appeals that R3 left early, then how believable are you when you are standing 3BLX when the catch is made?

Not sure what you mean by "advancing R2 to 3rd".  R2 advanced to third on the play, and no further award is necessary for the obstruction of R3 at the plate.
