Nike Icon Steel, ain't it?

Since it's steel, it was probably shot / clad in navy vinyl dip ( 🤢 ). It's steel, so not as svelte and slim as its Titanium sibling, but still in that iconic planform, and still rather light compared to other hollow steel masks – perhaps only the +POS ZRO-G and the All-Star FM4000 Hollow Steel are lighter.

Yes, I'd guess it's the bullpen mask - the seller has a lot of NYY gear. He says this is from the Yankees also.

It's how I got this Icon Steel in my arsenal's history – 

It started out life as the Arizona Diamondbacks bullpen catcher's mask, labeled as a Reebok, clad in icky black vinyl. If I remember right, this is the one I sent you after I had it for awhile, but was too chicken-💩 to risk getting it smacked in the types of games I work. Here it is teamed with red LMX's:

And yes, I got really gun-shy about using steel Icons after this happened to my original beloved Icon I purchased from @JoHart10:

Owwwwwww! Ow ow ow ow! No, it wasn't painful to me in the moment, but it sure hurt the soul after the game. It took a 90+ MPH foul-off in a MSBL game and caved in so badly, Tony at MaskIt couldn't do anything with it, and put it out of its misery, replacing it with a mask he had "lying around the shop" as a spare... my first +POS ZRO-G.

I think I did buy that off you now that I think about it! Man, that seems like a long time ago already.
