RHP jump turn

OBR rules, R1, RHP jump turns and makes the throw to first to try and pick off the runner. Ball goes out of play, does R1 get 2 bases or does the jump turn not count as a disengagement and R1 should only be awarded 1 base?

A jump turn is a move from the rubber, so it's a 1 base award.
