Little league game.  Bases loaded, one out.  Ball is grounded to third baseman.  Runners advance.  Third base forces out the runner from second.  The runners on 1st and second are safe.  Runner has not made it to home, ball is thrown from third to home and catcher fields it before the runner touches home.   Force applies? or no?

No as it seems described.

If the thrid baseman, either tagged the base or the runner from second, the force on the runner from third is no longer in effect.  That runner from 3rd, R3, would need to be put out via a tag.
