Other team lines up on field during other team's infield?

FED Rule 3-3-1f5 states that:

A coach, player, substitute, attendant or other bench personnel shall not:

commit any unsportsmanlike act to include, but not limited to,

being in live ball territory (excluding team's bullpen area) during the opponent's infield practice prior to the start of the game.

Here's my question:

To my knowledge, there is not a rule specific to this in the NCAA rule book.  How would you advise dealing with behavior like this in an NCAA game?

Perhaps you would do nothing?  Perhaps you would do something?  Why or why not?

From the BRD (2016 edition, section 123, p. 98): 

Umpires may warn a team or individuals or eject participants for bench jockeying:  DEFINITION:  “It is conduct directed at the opponents. It may or may not be unsportsmanlike in the beginning but usually escalates to that level. It is not directed toward the umpires.” (5-17 AR 1)

I'm surprised if you actually had to deal with this at that level. I haven't seen it happen. Even in JUCO, when the newbies in fall ball start their chants they are told by the upperclassmen that we don't do that sheet here. So if they don't deal with it you will stop it. No rule required although there is one.

Are you talking about the pregame infield drill ? Why would an umpire be on the field for that ?

10 or 5 minutes would put them on the field for some of that. If there's festivities we would start out at 15 to go.

So its been going on before I got there. Then I walk on the field and someone wants me to start officiating ALREADY ? ... damn, its gonna be one of those games.

Well, normally in a HS game, if you walked on the field, and it was going on and it wasn't a taunting type of sit, you might ignore it. Otherwise you might stop it. I assume you have the judgement to discern which of those sits were occurring and which of THOSE games you were setting the tone for.

Heard tell of a local team that would conduct a team meeting near the 3B coaching box while the other team conducted in/out. The coach conducting the infield drill "mis-hit" a ball right through their meeting...oops. No umpires on the field. 

I stage my crew just outside the gate during in/out. When the VT finishes, we walk-on. If the teams were barking at each other as I walked on the field, I'd say the tone was set prior to my arrival. I can handle those sitchs. What I wouldn't appreciate is some piss-ant whining about players on the field where there isn't any problem occurring.

Standard protocol is I/O is done at least 15 minutes before game time, followed by field prep, then plate meeting. If any shenanigans are going on 20 minutes before game time, we're not there to see it. Not my monkeys, not my circus.
