Quick! Make the call!

Armed with only the knowledge in your head, what do you have for the following (FED rules):

1. Batter squares to bunt. While he's still in the box, the ball hits the bat, goes straight down, hits the plate, then bounces up and hits the bat again.

2. Batted ball bounces down 1B line in foul territory. It bounces back into fair territory over the right field corner of the bag.

3. On a check swing, PU calls a ball. F1 turns to BU and points. BU acknowledges F1's request and says, "He went!" and calls a strike.

4. Before a game begins, the water shut-off valve for the field irrigation system breaks off in the hand of the groundskeeper. The valve is in one of the dugouts. A gyser of water erupts and quickly fills the floor of the dugout and runs onto the field, creating a large puddle in foul territory (NOT dead ball territory).  A crew shuts off the main after 15 minutes and does their best to clean the mess, but a sizable puddle remains on the field, about 30 feet across and 6 inches deep. During the game, a ball is thrown from an infielder, gets past the catcher and lands in the far side of the puddle.

5. R1 and R2. No outs.  With two balls in the count, the batter takes ball 3. His coach, mistakenly believing it's ball 4, shouts to him, "Go on down to first!" The batter, thinking he lost track of the count, heads to 1B, and R1 and R2 jog to 2B and 3B. (A) The defense, in their confusion, does nothing and the batter and both runners all reach base. Or (B) the defense, in their confusion, does nothing. But while everyone is between bases, PU shouts "That's three balls!" Then F2 throws to F5 who tags R2, and F5 throws to F4 who tags R1.

3. Strike (and a conversation with partner about check swing appeals).
4. Home team decides playability of field until first pitch, after that I do. I work with (usually home coach) to make these decisions. We're probably not playing with a large amount of standing water in front of a dugout.
5. Unless the defense immediately puts out R2, I'd kill it and put the batter back. Whether or not coach has made an honest mistake, nothing good results from this.

3. Strike and an immediate conversation with partner about check swing appeals. This can't wait for a post-game convo...I don't want it to happen again.

5. If PU is announcing the count on every other pitch (as he should), then this shouldn't happen. But if it did, (A) I'm allowing runners advance (that's on the defense) and then telling B to go back to the plate. (B) I'm allowing the outs (that's on the offense)  and then telling B to go back to the plate. If PU isn't doing his job (no count announcements), he is part of the problem and I'd kill it and put everyone back.

I'm with you two on the first three.

4. At (or possibly even before) the plate meeting we're going to discuss this. Hopefully I can get a chalk line put out there that denotes dead-ball territory, if not, it's still DBT, but I get to be the judge of that. Once that is established, assuming it's the first play by an infielder, 2 bases TOP.

5. I'm with @ricka56. As soon as the batter starts out, I'm telling him to stay in the box (same as I would if his coach hadn't said anything, or it was ball 1).

4.  I've had puddles where we've all agreed to play through them, and puddles that have been declared to be dead ball territory.

5.  Might depend a little on the level, but I think this is much like the D3K / BR advances when there was an R1 play.  Announce what you have and let the chips fall where they may.

3. BU is moron...but after private discussion with him, the strike will stand

4. Never gonna happen in my game.  Field was not playable to begin with.  I suppose (depending on the circumstances and level of play) I might have allowed the game to proceed, but only with the clear understanding that that puddle was declared DBT...in which case the play was dead, and I'd award bases just as if ball had gone in dugout or left the field.

5a. Batter returns to plate with 3-0 count.  Both runners keep their advance...each just stole a base.

5b. Both runners are out, batter returns to plate with 3-0 count.
