Thanks, just found the web site but to see anything, besides the registration for the clinic, you have to be registered. and the registration asks for your conference....

You do have to register on the arbiter site to use it.  I don't know what happens if you don't actually select a conference.  If you need to select one, select a D-3 conference in your area.

If you wanted to go to the conference you could very easily show up and attend.  

Dress business casual and check it out if you don't want to pay the $100 to take the test.  

If you want credit from the NCAA for attending, then you have to pay the NCAA so you have Arbiter access to their portal.

I think the conference tab is to pre-register you for the breakout 'mini-meetings' that the assigners hold during the day. They take attendance with name badges anyhow.
