Fly Ball Bounces Off Outfielder into Stands

If a fly bounces of an outfielder, his glove (or his head, ala Jose Conseco), and goes over the home run fence, its a home run, but if its bounces off the outfielder and goes into the stands in foul territory, is this a GRD?

​No, that would be a home run as it was a fair ball in flight when it over the outfield fence in fair territory.

In your situation:

If the ball leaves the field in fair territory= home run. 

If the ball leaves the field in foul territory= two base award. 2015 edition: 5.05 (8) Any bounding fair ball is deflected by the fielder into the stands, or over or under a fence on fair or foul territory, in which case the batter and all runners shall be entitled to advance two bases; ​

No, I understand the reasoning in both and the rule. I was just hung up on DBT, as opposed to focusing on the "over a fence in flight"
