New POS Chest Protector

What does the new plus pos protector look like they say is coming soon in their emails? Hope they are bring back the samurai cp and shins!! Also the sul facemasks! I will buy these if they do!

200 lbs isn't big.  I am 5'9", 44 chest, 34 waist and I weigh 195-200.  No one has ever called me big except for maybe a kid.  Chest protectors don't care how much you weigh either.  Big is in terms of height and girth.  How tall are you? How long is your torso.  I have a friend who is at least 3 to 4 inches taller than me but he has a long torso and short legs. He sells bikes and rides a 52 cm road bike due to his short legs when he is 6 feet or more tall.   I ride a 54 cm measured by two different bicycle shops.  It is the dimensions that count.  No such thing as one size fits all for most.

 

Since you do younger players and probably get hit a lot, you need longer protection in front with decent protection in the front.  15 inch CP is probably what you need.  the size refers to the length of the front plate from top to bottom.

True ......

However ...........A Douglas 12" or 13" has a more narrow main chest plate than a 15".  So if you're a "bigger" guy, the 15" Douglas makes sense

I am a 38 waist, 46 chest/torso and 5'6" tall, he said i can still tighten it which i had not seen he is sending it back for me to try again, hoping it fits otherwise I LOVED IT

I wonder if i could put a delta flex on this? Never had a delta flex before, aside from a platinum that didnt fit me this will be the first cp i had which will be worth that investment(my other cp's have not needed it)

Well, today was a let down it didn't get here today, will be tomorrow but I already started window shopping for options if it doesn't fit, looking at the 2 Honigs cp's if this fails the K1-2010 Pro Elite and the Honigs Gravity CP, I waste so much time window shopping umpire gear

In a pinch you go with what you can get. If the Prom Queen's dance card is full and you just gotta dance a member of her court will do just fine in a pinch. Temporarily. Just sayin'.......

Well it didnt arrive today either not Dan's fault he shipped it friday, post office 2 day shipping doesn't take 2 days i guess

Well it arrived, and i love it, fits like a glove now! If you want a cp this is a great value, worth every penny, for my issues with the fit the first time he sent a free "gift" the quotes are because he sent me many things, an indicator, a scraper brush, 5 bullet pencils, a small "shaving" bag which i will use to hold the indicators i have already, and a black ball bag that is HUGE, makes me glad i tried it again. You won't be disappointed if you buy this cp(note it does not include the items i listed they came as part of a very long story)

I used the protector today, and as expected it didnt get touched at all, i did take a shot to the cup which i almost couldnt find thank goodness i did, although most of the shot hit my hand which i guess by insticnt came in to block the groin, well anyways great protector, works great very protective, say what you will but Plus Pos always responded to me quickly i returned this cp once because i couldnt get it to fit he refunded my money but asksd me if he could adjust it and send it back for me to try(thats why i got the other stuff) it fits now and i told him to recharge me i like it and will keep it, oddly that is the one he has yet to respond to, which is odd you think he would be on top of collecting,
