Interesting plays last night

JV game score is out of control we're waiting to get to 4 1/2.

 

Bases loaded No outs. Visiting team pulls their pitcher and brings in a new kid.

 

R3 is shuffling/dancing around 3rd I can only assume to distract the pitcher. Pitcher fires to third and R3 is out for out #1.

 

Pitcher gets the ball back.

 

R2 is in lala land F6 comes in behind him and he only gets 1 step back and is out by a mile for out #2. 

 

Pitcher now pitches to the batter 4 pitches not even in close to the zone. BR walks.

 

BR touches first takes off his gloves hands them to the 1st base coach, is walking backwards talking to the coach to get his lead and the pitcher fires to first For out #3.

 

4 pitches all for balls, 3 outs.

I had 5 strikeouts in the bottom of the first inning of my game last night.  F2 was terrible.  The three outs were tags after F2 dropped strike 3. 

 

I politely asked him if he needed to change gloves when the inning was over.

If it was older kids I'd bet on a deliberate attempt to get the game over.  With JV not so sure.
