Welcome to the site. I credit my years on the internet on various boards for much of the knowledge I have. I wish I had a board like this when I was starting in the seventies.

23 years ago, MDRFC (est. 1976) was my passion.

Tradition was to pass/kill a bottle of MD 20/20 before opening kickoff.

Mogen David 20/20 (MD 20/20) wine had the nickname MadDog 20/20.

Our club was named MadDog RFC so it was a logical fit.

15 guys passing around one bottle of MD 20/20 pre-game wasn't gonna get any one hammered.

Certainly not any of these folk...just made em ornery...ya had to be there.
