Been looking through the forum and was wondering, what do you do to get ready for your game/tourney? More than just shine your shoes and what not. Is there anything you do to get your mind right, get in the zone,see the ball better? All input is welcome.

So turns out I do know one person, but still never knew these guys did this.

In the poll portion I would almost say it's how advanced the pitcher is rather than just the age. I've seen some young ones with great stuff and if I see he's pretty advanced then I'll check out two from both side and carry on.

I believe it was on the officials choice website but they also offer these style of shirts and they make them in a navy,red,pink, and so on. I was tempted to by them then but I didn't. They just look a lot sharper than the old school shirts. And only in the short sleeve I might ad.

Not that I'm aware of, odd question simply for the fact of I have never heard of such and I've lived here all 23 years of my life.

New here as of Sunday, and I'll say I'm very impressed. From TX and I've got 5 years of umpiring experience, funny thing is I've never tried to search the web for an umpire forum. Looking forward to learning new things and getting involved. Anywho just thought I'd introduce myself.

I do think so, I've had several people ask about them and that's all I can respond with, the shoe it's itself a great design and I love them. Best showers I've ever worn to stand on and call ball for 6 to 8 hours and my dogs aren't barking when I get home, ya know?

I've had my Reebok Zig plate shoes for two season now and the've done me great. Easy to clean and a super comfortable shoe in my opinion.
