I was told there is to be a clarification on the SB pitchers glove containing "optic yellow" lacing as being ILLEGAL under Rule 1.15

Nothing handed down yet. I'll be instructing at the Western Region weekend mechanics clinic this January. Hopefully we'll have something by then. As soon as I hear something I'll post it on the board. I don't think the 1st to 3rd will change, haven't heard anything on that yet.

Looks like fakes to 3rd are going to get messier before everyone gets on the same page. I do a few different travel leagues along with some legion, high school, etc. Some of the travel leagues are saying 3rd to 1st will be illegal next year, some say they'll do whatever FED does. It's starting to look like a rule that's going to have to be talked about at the plate meetings depending on what league I'm calling.
