2 out, runners on 2nd and 3rd. Ground ball hit to F6.  Instead of making the play at first, SS throws to F5 to make a tag on the runner going from 2nd to 3rd.  Runner from 3rd makes it to home plate prior to the tag on the runner coming from 2nd.  I call the 3rd out but allow the run since there was no force at 3rd.  Good call or did I kick that?

Similar play I had this weekend. Bases juiced. 1 out. Grounder to F6. R2 has a brain cramp and goes back to 2B. 6-4 who steps on the bag but doesn't tag anyone. I signal the out and point at R1 to indicate who is out. R2 now decides he has to run and is summarily tagged out by several feet. 3 away. Score the run. The force was removed on R2 when F4 stepped on 2B and putout R1 (force. Out #2) R3 had crossed the plate when R2 was tagged (out #3. Timing play).

You nailed it

Shoulda tagged R2 on the base and then stepped on the bag - easy DP.
