Umpire-Empire Part of Forum?

First, I know this is out of place. However, since it is about where its proper place should be, I thought here would be appropriate. If I guessed wrong, please move. But I was just wondering where the Umpire-Empire part of the board went, you know, where we posted site issues and the like. You cannot see the threads and cannot post new ones, like I would of this one? If I missed a memo (which I may have as I was away this weekend) please let me know.

I didn't notice, but I'll look at it now.

Somehow the settings got changed. It's a control only I have access to, but I don't even know the last time I was in that section of the site where these controls are.

But any way it is back.
