My first balk call of the year was like this .... u14 early season tourney over Mother's Day .... big right hander ....he was set, there was comotion, ....he was in the windup position and I heard guys say "step off, step off,...stretch" .... and I remember thinking "step off with your right foot, right foot" ... BOOM ...."that's a balk!!" F1 slumps his shoulders disgusted with himself ... :D

The TV crew was obviously more interested in the babes in the pool than the game. But an easy call here. How do you get the Big Show and not have this locked down?

Actually I think there were two balks. First both hands moved down from near the face to near the waist and stopped then there was the step off. It took awhile for the plate umpire at least to make the call or maybe he was just echoing someone else.
