Rough, ultimately it was missed. but the announcer's piss me off with this garbage. They want him to go for help. F1 charging in and U1 or U3 would only be seeing asses and elbows. They won't have a call or at least good enough a view to recommend Laz overturn the call.

Get ready for round 32 of the umps need to be held more accountable. :smachhead:

F2 didn't help any by being between Laz and F1. Plus, the black glove didn't make the call any easier. Tough play and call. No help on this from any other umpire. Impossible.

The comments from these announcers and goofballs posting on that blog are completely insane. "Diaz had his back to it." Say what?? Diaz is the only umpire there that has any kind of an angle to see that play. The call was kicked but really, I want to see how many of those whiners can make a banger call like that in real time and not completely embarrass themselves in the process.

Queue up the cries for expanded instant replay and having balls and strikes called by computer. :no:
