It's not the West Vest/Douglas, of that's what you're looking for. It's a 12", standard issue. The shins are 17".

I've got the Douglas on eBay now, and it's a 13".

Years ago, I had a Douglas/WV chest protector. It went from some major coin when I sold it on eBay. The one I have now is not the Wilson version, but it's drawing some bucks already. So is this one a collectors item too? (Or is it the shins)
