The Mid-American Umpire Clinic, September 9-11 in Springfield, Missouri is sold out for 2011. We are looking forward to a great weekend with some Umpire-Empire members in attendance.

Please all of you share your experience at the camp. As of now I intend to go 2012.

We are looking forward to a great weekend with our largest group ever - 48 umpires. The extended weather forecast is calling for temps in the upper 70s and low 80s with a very slim chance of rain, which is a lot better than the weather we had last year! We will have the new All-Star System Seven chest protector on display throughout the clinic. I tried it on today and it is awesome. Also, Jim Kirk with Ump-Attire has donated 2 - $30 gift certificates to be awarded to our Gary Mitchell Memorial Top Overall Student and our Mr. Hustle. He also sent catalogs and game pencils for everyone in attendance.

You guys who are going will like this clinic, Jason is a great guy who loves umpiring, I work some of my very 1st DI games with him.. he will teach you as much as you want to learn.. Enjoy...I went to the Mid-America advance camp and had a ton of fun..those guys do a really good job.
