I started using a Nike running shoe. They are really comfortable. I have used an Under armor running for football, The UA you can't put a shine on them, I just use them for youth and under class. I have found that a running shoe is the most comfortable shoe for officiating outdoor sports.

On the plate I use Blu-blockers, or Eastons. On the bases I wear M-Frames. I would wear the M-frames on the plate they just don't fit right under the mask.

I have always been under the thought never use the word "warning" when issuing a warning. Use something else like "thats enough" or something along that line. Never say "not another word" because if they say "what" thats another word and then you have got to do something.
