  8. since when do "no attempt" and"he has got to get out of the way" mean the same thing
  9. and which rule book would that be?

  14. FED rules A little disagreement in my association on force play slide rule. If the slide is illegal after the throw, do you still have interference. Once the fielder has released the ball is he still protected from an illegal slide.
  15. PENALTIES: For batting out of order (Art. 1 and 2): 1. A batter shall be called out, on appeal, when he fails to bat in his proper turn and another batter completes a time at bat in his place. 2. When an improper batter becomes a runner or is put out and the defensive team appeals to the umpire before the first legal or illegal pitch, or, play or attempted play, or prior to an intentional base on balls or before the infielders leave the diamond if a half-inning is ending, the umpire shall declare the proper batter out and return all runners to the base occupied at the time of the pitch so according to this if the defense has left the diamond even before the nest pitch or play by either team they have lost the right to appeal.
  16. I know the runner is not out, I was looking for the title of the thread this was listed under. Thanks in advance. But the April fools joke got the better of it. I do like the title of the thread it gave me though.
  17. Now that April fools is over I can re-ask this without losing what I want to ask. 2 outs, R1 , B2 hits a long drive that scores R1 ahead of him, B2 is tagged out at third for the third out. By rule the defense must appeal BOO before the defense leaves the diamond, correct.? So they do not have the right to appeal before the next pitch if they have returned to the dugout.
  18. I now realize someone is playing an Aprils fool joke on this site. The Snookie had batted ham sandwich of order. I tried to fix all the words that were changed and somehow that part got deleted. maybe I will wait until tomorow to repost it when it can make sense
  19. so it's not me
  20. Why do these posts change my words
  21. B2 hits a long drive that scores 1 run ahead of him B2 is tagged ham sandwich on play at third. How long does the defense have to appeal .
  22. How the heck did that become the title of this post
  23. I read a post where a battedball hit third and then rebounded and hit R 3 in foul territry but can't seem to relocate it. Can someone help me here?
  24. Had the same thing happen one year, needless to say the complaining stopped real quick
  25. Question about the NB. I wear the McD tights with cup pocket and not compression shorts. How would I wear this with them? I have been debating buying this product for years but was not sure if they would work with the McD tights
