Anybody know what mask the guy who has the dish in the Texas A&M vs Miss State is wearing?

Been wearing Oakley sunglasses for years. My eyes have changes and I started wearing Oakley Rx a few years back. I have a clear lens and a polarized iridium lens as well (both for Radars). Haven't found anything that comes close to the quality and optics of Oakley. Will not go on the field without them.

I've been looking at this thread for quite some time, and was curious, so I bought a Wilson a3007. I have no idea why there are so many MLB guys wearing this mask. I also own a Wilson Ti and the a3007 is inferior in every way.

So you throw a wrapped ball to the pitcher and he has to dispose of the wrapper? Yep. The coach then realizes his mistake.

I don't rub baseballs for HS ball here in TX. If they want them rubed they need to do it before it gets to my hand. If they give me a ball in the wrapper it stays in the wrapper until the pitcher takes it off. The home manager is responsible for providing baseballs, not the umpire.

Been wearing the Wilson for years. Have had no issues with it and really prefer the single bar. Never seen a Rawlings in person, quite intrigued by it.

I don't think they run narrow, I think they just don't come in wide. What I mean is that I think they are (about) the same as any other D width shoe. I do think that not making them in widths shows a lack of respect for umpires and I won't wear any reebok items until I get some respect from them. I would agree with this. I think they are a pretty true D width. I just need a EE or even a EEEE.

If I could make them any wider I would keep them myself. Really like the shoes and was really excited about trying them out, just wont work for me.

My 30 day return window was complete, so Amazon only gave me 20% back. I figured I was screwed, but New Balance provided fantastic customer service. All my footwear for umpiring and even some of my casual and running shoes will be purchased from NB because of my experience. Agreed. NB does have great customer service.

I have a pair of Reebok Zig plate and base shoes both all black and both size 9. Wore the plate shoes 4 time and the base shoes twice. Decided that they just are not the right fit for me and I am going to stick with my NB's. Would like to get 75 plus shipping for the plate and 60 plus shipping for the base. Wouldn't mind selling them together. I am also willing to consider any interesting trades. Figured I would put them here first if not I'll go to ebay. PM me if interested.

Had that exact same tear on the right shoe of my NB 460s. Bought them from Amazon last July. I called them at Amazon and they took them back for a full refund.

What did you do to take that pad around the neck off?

I burn if I spend any time in the sun so I always carry Bullfrog Gel with me. The gel rubs in well and it feels almost like I'm not wearing sunscreen at all. Best one I've found yet.

Wes, I ask this in all seriousness: Why mess with perfection? Team Wendy pads may be the best protection on the market but they are not the best looking. I figured I would try to improve their appearence by covering up their hideous logo. I have TW pads. The logo is so small why worry. Got any white on your shoes? I have NB 460s with a tiny bit of white and the all black Zig plate shoes (although I think I'm going to sell them, they are a little too tight)

Nevermind, I guess there are no members on this board who have blacked out their pads. I will just experiment on my own.

Because Team Wendy doesn't have a cool logo like Wilson or Nike.

Has anyone blacked out the white part on the bottom pad on the Team Wendy's. if so what did you use? I was thinking about using a Sharpie but figured I'd ask first.

I have a Wilson Titanium mask that I don't use anymore and I want to sell. It is the low profile (some call it new view) and it needs pads. I am selling the frame only for $100. I have a pair of M Frames and Radars. Love them both but prefer the Radar. They just look cooler.

What masks and pads do you have? I've had this same problem. It happened with the Smitty shirts as well, but the UA shirts were by far the worst. Wilson Titanium witht the black wrap around pads
