  1. How much you want for the titanium mask?
  2. Could be mizuno shin guards
  3. Is the woman in the background of the last picture included? 350 might just be worth it... Isn't 350 still a bit steep without the throat extension? Would you be willing yo include your throat guard?
  4. A new one for me: nfhs rules... R1/R3 with 1 out. F1 comes set and R1 takes off. F1 legally disengages the rubber. 3B coach starts shouting "balk" and the pitcher and fielders stop what they are doing thinking it is one of the umpires that called balk. R1 safely makes it to second. What do you have?
  5. I was referring to Eddings although I didn't realize it was him. Thanks for the find!! Visualization is always very important in explanation.
  6. I have NB plates, and the 2000 (no difference at the foot) .... I put my shins on after my shoes ... bottoms barely overlap the top of my shoes ... flaps (assuming you're referring to the ankle flaps) cover my ankles .... here's a shot of my right foot isolated from a larger photo, in my stance .... How many people stop to whistle at that sexy ankle and foot?
  7. Didn't this happen in a World Series game?? It was because of the hammer strike confusion that the new mechanic came into being. The proper mechanic on a swinging dropped third strike is point out to the side while saying, "strike 3" and then signaling a safe mechanic while saying, "no catch". This lessens any confusion on anyone's part: the runner, the catcher, and any dumb rat. Use the hammer on strike 1,2, and swing caught strike 3.
  8. I have the reebok plate shoes (not the zigs) and love them. I did take them in to have the toe plate attachment reinforced from underneath. It's worth it
  9. There's a used nike on ebay for 400.
  10. A pet peeve of mine is the PU punching a kid out on a swinging strike three. That and having to constantly look at your indicator...trust me, it's not going anywhere!
  11. A batter becomes a batter as soon as he steps into the batter's box with or without play commencing.
  12. don't let him go to your partner. He is showing you up. I am confused as to how F2 was moving the mitt into your line of sight? If he is raising his mitt it should be a good indication that the pitch is up. I'd tell the catcher to "stick it" and not to "drag" the pitch.
