When you watch the CCS video you can clearly see he does the “glove flit” before coming set.

So that is his natural motion, so when he did that it is start/stop balk.

So even if in that moment his intention was to signal a new sign, it appears the same as his natural motion.

BUT HE WASN'T ...it was the EXACT same move he was doing the entire inning!

Ok yeah after seeing this thread   

I do see that he was using a similar motion to come set.

Yet another reason why I hate that low set  sigh..

Just seeing the motion all alone with out the video of all the other pitches does make it look like that should not have been a balk. but after seeing the footage of him and all the other pitches oh yeah he definitely  messed up.
