A pitcher is replaced after he walks a batter. The new pitcher walks 2 more batters, and loads the bases. The next play, the batter gets a hit to short stop who throws it home to get the runner on 3 rd base out at home plate. The next batter hits a double and scores 2 runs. Who are those runs charged to?
