I know. I was addressing the people that have gone away from that question...and for the record, I have not begun to express my thoughts on the underlying subject itself (quite literally; I don't see anything in my response that reflected anything about how I feel on the matter.)

Matt - my comment was in regards to Rich's post which didn't fit within the subject being discussed here.  His post was regarding the pledge of allegiance, religion, and law.  The OP is "what would you do", that's all.

And, just to clarify, please re-read: I did not say I didn't want this to become a political discussion, ...I said 'political argument', which as you know is very different    I knew people would express their feelings on the kneeling issue, and I knew that that probably couldn't be stopped.  I was fine with that, and knew there'd be different feelings and opinions.   Therefore, I stated "argument".  Stating  your opinion on how you'd feel about this issue happening in one of your games is different than 'arguing' about the concept/politics around it with other members.

Subtle, yes, but there's a difference and I think it's worked so far.  People are being respectful
