I really like this clip.  It's probably on here already, but I was looking for some some other interference clips and found this one.  So I'm going to post it again and see if it spurs any discussion.

So the batted ball doesn't touch the BR, but the BR hinders the fielder attempting to field the ball while making no attempt to avoid the fielder. So INT. Does this change if the ball is on or over foul territory?

It applies to a fair ball, or a ball that might become fair.

Interfering with the ball changes to no interference if it's foul.

Interfering with the fielder applies to any batted ball.
