aka Springfield, Missouri and I've been umpiring for 26 years. Over the past few years, I've been working a combination of Youth & HS leagues which means on one night it's pure FED, then the next it's all OBR, then another it's USSSA or a strange league adaptation of both. The hard part comes with one league I have that has HS teams and coaches (freshmen), but we use OBR and USSSA rules... yes confusion can reign! It's a bit of a challenge to keep all of the differences straight, to say the least. But I manage.

As time moves, I look forward to bouncing situations and interpretations off of the forum!

Welcome to the board. It can be confusing at times. It would be far easier if they would use one rulebook or the other but when they start combining it gets ugly.
